By train or bus: From the main train station in Geneva , exit the station in the front main entrance. Turn right and walk about two blocks to the Cathedral of Notre Dame. On the far side of the cathedral will be a bus stop on a busy street. Here you need to get on bus number 6 or 19. This bus will go up the hill on rue de Lyon and will stop at Prairie, Dole, Charmilles and Guye. Exit at Guye. Cross rue de Lyon at the cross walk here. Ahead of you, you’ll see the entrance to Planete Charmilles commercial centre. (there’s a large red dome with candles around it above the entrance.) Go to the entrance and stand facing away from it as if you had just come out of the centre. Follow directions below.
By car: Drive to the Planete Charmilles commercial centre and park underground with entrances off Ave d’Aire or Rue de Lyon. Come up through the centre to the top floor and find the exit next to the Bata shoe store. Exit here and follow directions below.
Directions below… Walk straight ahead past a playground. Just before walking under the apartment building ahead of you, take a left and walk down to the end of the same building which is now on your right. (There are three two-story school buildings on your left.) Building entrance number 47 is the last one on the right. The building door is always open during the day. Take the elevator to the 10th floor. Exit the elevator to the door on your left, number 93. My name (and my wife’s name, Montanari) is on the tag next to the door buzzer.
