Re-opening Cabinet Letter

Dear clients,

I hope this message finds you healthy and well.

In response to last week's announcement from the Swiss Office of Public Health concerning the re-opening of some businesses, I will be offering the choice of in-person sessions starting Monday the 4th of May.

I will also continue offering online therapy for those who prefer to work via Zoom. Please indicate your preference when you make the appointment using my online calendar.

If you decide to come into my office for an in-person session, the following requirements must be followed.

Your responsibility:

Washing hands upon arrival, either with soap and water or with hand sanitiser, which will be provided as you enter the cabinet
Wearing a protective mask during sessions and taking it with you when you leave
Coming on-time to sessions to avoid using the waiting area
Coughing and sneezing into the crook of your arm or a tissue, as well as avoiding touching your face while in the practice
Staying at home if you have a fever, cough, or other symptoms, or have had symptoms during the past 14 days
Maintaining a distance of at least 2 meters from other persons in the cabinet including the therapist

My responsibility (including my colleagues in the cabinet):

Washing my hands in-between clients
Wearing my mask when in your presence
Refraining from shaking hands with clients
Disinfecting commonly used surfaces regularly
Staying at home if I have a fever, cough, or other symptoms, or have had symptoms during the past 14 days

My goal is to provide you with a calm, relaxing and safe atmosphere for your therapy sessions.

Please let me know if there is anything else that would make you feel more comfortable, and I’ll do my best to provide it.
